Frequently asked questions
Where are my artworks stored?
Only on your iPhone, in Artzible's private storage. There are no accounts and no Artzible servers. See the privacy policy.
How do I back up my gallery or move it to a new iPhone?
Open Settings → Back up now and choose a folder in iCloud Drive or Google Drive. On the new iPhone, install Artzible, open Settings → Restore and pick that backup folder. Restoring replaces the gallery on that iPhone.
Restore says "not an Artzible backup".
Pick the folder named Artzible Backup <date> itself, not the folder that contains it. If the backup is in iCloud Drive, make sure it has finished downloading (no cloud icon) in the Files app first.
"Bring it to life" animates the whole page instead of the drawing.
Artzible cuts the character out of the paper automatically. It works best when the drawing doesn't touch the edges of the photo and the paper is plain. Try retaking the photo with some space around the drawing. For paintings that fill the whole page, turn off Cut out from the paper.
I can't open Artzible: Face ID isn't working.
Tap Unlock and use your iPhone passcode instead. The app lock always accepts your device passcode.
Animations don't move.
If Reduce Motion is on (iOS Settings → Accessibility → Motion), Artzible shows still pictures to respect that setting.
How do I print an artwork?
Open the artwork and tap Print. Choose a gallery card (artwork plus its story) or the artwork only, then pick any AirPrint printer.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Erase all data on this iPhone. You'll confirm with Face ID or your passcode. This can't be undone, so back up first if you want a copy.
